Cathy made me feel very comfortable throughout all my appointments and her and the team always put me at ease during the procedures. Cathy's support following the procedures and checking in with how I was doing was also greatly appreciated and I knew if I had any problems or concerns that Cathy would be on hand to quickly respond to me.
